Our Story
De Royal Chop House began with a simple idea: premium beef deserves a premium room. Two decades on, that room sits a short walk from Vondelpark — and the kitchen speaks four languages.
Our chef hand-selects every cut: grass-fed Argentine ribeye, New Zealand fillet, Scottish Black Angus, and Japanese A5 Wagyu. Then — because Buenos Aires has always known what Naples knows too — we built an Italian kitchen alongside the grill: fresh pasta, wood-fired pizzas, and the kind of tiramisu that rewards a long dinner.
